Value Workers No Matter Their Age

Ageism is rampant in American society. Many of us are guilty of perpetuating it whether intentional or not. Do we see it and not challenge it? Are we actively biased against older people, assuming them to be less sharp mentally, less attractive to the workplace? Tell us where and how you witness ageism.

If you’re an employer, do you offer career development opportunities for older employees? What about flexible scheduling and job sharing? What kind of benefits do you offer? Tell us about your workplace accommodations too. Older employees, what do you need or want from your employer in order to be a happier, more productive employee?
